This full TREC inspection can reduce the number of "In need Of Repairs" on the buyers report dramatically, thereby increasing your chances for a sale. The best part is the fee is payable "AT CLOSING", which makes this inspection a great selling tool when you make your listing presentation.

The "Fee Schedule" page lists the discounts that we offer to various groups. If your client falls into one of these categories, please be sure to let us know. Reports are usually delivered within 24 hours, via email, in the form of a PDF file. Our email includes a link to a downloadable PDF reader, just in case our client does not have one already. This report can be emailed to you as well, with the clients permission.
