The following photographs are listed here as examples of what an inspector looks for and frequently finds during an inspection. Most of these are things that an inspector sees on a daily basis, and many can be easily fixed by the home owner BEFORE the inspection occurs. As you look through these, make note of similar conditions around your home. If you are "handy" at all, you can repair many of these items around your home and improve your inspection report. This will save your sale and/or save you money in allowances you have to give to the buyer to have these repairs made.
